We are Ava and Jay Wolf, married for some time now, and parents to two teenagers. Both of us have worked in a corporate environment for many years as well as being avid gym goers with a particular focus on an all-round healthy approach to life. We have had our share of ups and downs, estranged family relations, blended family, death, divorce (not from each other!), financial destruction, alongside plenty of really good times with our teenage son and daughter.

 

Through all of those experiences, we have learned invaluable lessons and experienced tremendous growth. Over the years, we have seen far too many people misguided and misled with the latest and greatest health, training, and life hacks for what should ultimately be a life-long commitment and plan of action. We know that there is a ton of misinformation out there, making it almost impossible to decipher what is right and what is wrong.  And who has the time or patience to dredge through all of the (dis)information anyway?.  Well, we do… Our aim with this blog is to bring you all sides of a story and help sort reality from fantasy to empower you to make the decision that is right for you.  

This blog is about giving back.  You will not be spammed with links and garbage mail shots trying to hook you up with anything. We simply endeavor to empower each and every one of you to live happy and healthy lives, and if our articles, reviews, or opinions in any way contribute to a better life for you, then we have duly fulfilled our responsibility of passing on our beautiful but harsh life lessons. 

Our focus is on healthy, delicious foods for all styles of eating, fitness, wellness, and empowerment, and most importantly, enjoying life to its absolute fullest with peace and love.
