About Us

We are Ana Pinto and Jay Hancock, dedicated fitness enthusiasts and long-time collaborators. Although we are no longer married, we continue to work closely together and coach our clients side by side. We are proud parents of two teenagers and have both spent many years in the corporate world while maintaining a strong commitment to a holistic, healthy lifestyle.

Our journey has been filled with a mix of challenges and triumphs: navigating estranged family relations, blending families, experiencing loss, divorce, financial setbacks, and celebrating many joyous moments together and with our son and daughter.

These experiences have taught us invaluable lessons and fostered tremendous personal growth. Over the years, we’ve seen too many people misled by fleeting health trends and dubious advice. We understand how overwhelming it can be to sift through the vast amounts of (mis)information out there. That’s where we come in.
